Verizon New Jersey ’s Communications Lifeline provides discounted local telephone service for eligible low-income residents and seniors. Through Link Up America, eligible new Verizon customers receive a 50% discount on the initial phone connection charge, with the remaining 50% paid in 12 monthly installments. Together, these services provide an important community service helping to ensure that no New Jersey resident is without a phone.
